Your first step to team development. Increase the connection and trust by providing a safe space to engage, enliven and empower team members with different rules of engagement.
Creating a conscious and responsible environment provides the possibility for highly productive and performing teams. The Rules of Improvisation helps in doing just that.
Re-Invent Your Team Communications is a 3-4 hour session in which participants are introduced to Rules of Improv, play Improv games, and through role play and debriefing discover how directly applicable the exercises are to the work environment.

Used as a fund raiser or a weekend retreat experience, the Ultimate Team Experience provides management and staff alike, an opportunity to unleash the natural expression of the group.
It's a unique expression because the group creates it, and is not a script.

- Better working environment
- Raising the awareness of the group of other levels of brilliance of the group
- Identify emerging or hidden leaders
- Fun generated as a group where there had been complaining
- More intentional and clearer communications
- Increased confidence to speak up
- Less stress and conflict
- Deliver a product which was produced out of imagination and creativity
- First thing, set a date. Putting a date on the calendar always introduces intensity into the project.
- Then determine the central theme of the show. What do you want to see more of in the team? Theater out some of the issues then go to the expression of the vision of the team.
- As we go through the process of creating the theme, the scenarios, characters are created. I always suggest the show is a progressive type of story with the same characters. Another option is a series of vignettes with different characters expressing the theme of the show.
- A Storyboard is created to assist the team with the flow of the show, what's required in each scene - the characters, the props, the music, the lighting.
- Rehearse. Rehearse. Rehearse.
- Deliver the show!
- Debrief the show - a celebration with the team/management who participate and who were the audience. What worked, what did you notice, what surprised you, and what are the learnings obtained to put directly into the everyday team experience.
